"Ha, think again" Vlad yelled as he slammed the swan into a near tree
 
Mali let out a war screech and came down on Vlad's spine, her heart hammering in her chest. "Leave him alone!!!" She screeched, then knocked his paws from under him. She then came back upward, her wings ruffled.
 
Vlad knocked the wolf against a tree.
 
"Ohh Snap!" Rocky yelled as he tried to hold onto Rachael and Yugi at the same time. This may not seem awfully hard at first, but remember that: 1. Rachael is out-cold and falling from a full mile above the ground, 2. Yugi can't hold onto anything except his own neck (the She-Fox bit him really hard on the neck and left a small cut in the jugular vein so he had to keep driect pressure on it or risk bleeding out fairly quickly), and 3. Rocky has paws. The three of them kept falling...and falling...and fall*BAM!!!* Rachael hit the snow and ice hard, and the other two were close behind her. In the process, Rocky hit his head on a chunk of ice on the surface and blacked-out for about 5 minutes. When he woke up, Rachael was laying on her side, still out-cold, and was barely breathing. He looked over at Yugi, who was still bleeding, and jumped up to go help him. The bleeding had slowed a lot, but it was still bad. Rocky closed his eyes, placed his paw on his dying friend's neck, and said:
Please help me save his life Father.

Slowly the wound began to close itself, and the bleeding almost stopped. He looked up to the sky and said "Thanks Dad." Then he went over to check on Rachael.

"Rocky! Racheal!" Mali flew over. "Come, quickly! I can help you!" Mali extended 15 feet of black wings. Before they could answer, Mali grabbed them, put them on her back and flew off to a sealed den.
 
(Mali's wings were only suppose to be temporary)
