Lakia (RPG) ***Upcoming Plot twist.

Quote:
"A town called Mahitali, land of hunting. I learned to kill a full grown deer at two days old." She tore into the deers flesh, the meat turning her muzzle red. "Then, I seeked out Lake Lakia."
EDIT: typo

"Why did you come here?"

"One day, I was tricked into killing one of the villagers, and then the villagers called me a traitor and my mother told me to come here." A tear formed at the side of Mali's eyes, and suddenly a stream of tears fell from her eyes, but she made no sound. "I-I miss my m-mom so much... I had gotten word she died of a heart attack a few days ago..."

"I'm so sorry," is all he says. He walks over to her and sits beside her.

"When I was running, a villager chained my paws down and I was beaten harshly, then he killed all my brothers and sisters and set me free, yelling at me to never come back." She looks at Fuego with big, tearstained eyes

"I can't even imagine how hard that must be." A single tear leaves his eye and dissapears into his fur.

"Even worse, my father told one of the places that I went to, looking for lake lakia, what I did, and they tried to burn one of my legs." She turns to reveal a fresh burn mark on her left hind leg. She winces in pain.
"I'm sorry, I'm crying and I've only just met you, and I keep telling you stories of my life. I don't want to make you sad." She turned away.

"It's okay. I don't mind. You've had a harsh life."

She ignores him and gets up, suddenly feeling bad that she made him cry, her fur lightly brushing against his as she gets up. She pricks her ears and notices a male turkey eating.
"Hehe... time for a little practice..." She mutters to herself. She dashes off, and then the sounds of a dying turkey ring through the air. She drags it back to Fuego, and sits down, her fur lightly brushing against his. Mali smiles to herself.
"I've had a harsh life, it's true, but it doesn't mean I can burden you with it." She tips her head back and begins to howl a song, her voice magestic.
The tales of my life..
Sad and harsh
so I trailed on to the marsh
where I was beaten
They left me on the road
And I hadn't eaten
I was alone and cold
I felt my heart fold,
now you're here
and we are now sharing this deer

She brings her head down and looks at Fuego, her eyes smiling.
