Malis eyes remained unblinking. "Where are my pups, Vlad?" She asked, her voice blank and emotionless. "You promised saftey for them."

" I have the finest trackers in all the Land." "Your pups will be in your arms in no time"

"Perhaps you should test her loyalty first?" Jack asked, cocking a brow.

Mali nodded, her face emotionless. "Thank you, Vlad." Her eyes became blacker and the coils of smoke from her aura became stronger.

"Hmm good point Jack" "Any suggestions?"

"It's getting quite nippy out here." "We can finish this is my quarters back at the Prison"

Mali nodded once, her eyes blank. Coils of smoke surrounded her paws. "I can light a flame to keep us warm. Or surround us with smoke to protect us from the cold." She said, bleakly.

Malis eyes turned blacker than black and coils of smoke flew off of her aura. Suddenly, Vlad, Mali, and Jack were surrounded by smoke. Mali lit a flame and it didn't go anywhere outside of the veil of smoke. "I'm keeping you from freezing. Enough loyalty, Jack?" Mali asked.
