Thistles, without turning her head from her strong gaze at the sky, snapped her talons at one of her clones and pointed at Pacu. It gave the pick it was carrying to another clone and flew over to Pacu, holding her front talons around him, using its body heat to keep him warm.

"Thank you so much" "It's hard to handle this altitude"

"Its no problem." Thistles replied, briefly turning her deep gaze away from the sky to look at Pacu. "You get used to it once you start flying at high altitudes. I won't go any higher up though." Thistles stopped going higher after she reached 2,000 feet. They were now about 20 miles away from where they had taken off.

"It's so quiet up here it's quite soothing"

"I agree. Its one of the joys of being a bird of the high skies." Thistles replied, relaxed.

"Sometimes I wish I had the gift of flight"

"I will be your wings for you." Thistles offered.

"I'd like that very much" Pacu smiled

"I'll be more than happy to." Thistles replied.
