Kinah was joined by Ranu, who had morphed into an eagle, and they flew to Kovi and Daru.

"Kinah? What are you doing here?" Daru asked him.

"A friend is hurt." He pushed Gina to them.

Her temperature was dropping by the minute. Her breath rattled as her heart and respiratory rate continued to dive.

By that afternoon, Kate was awake and had managed to pull herself into a sitting position. The strangers claws had pierced an artery, causing a large amount of blood to drain from her back before it had began to heal. She was still weak, and had a massive headache, but was alive.

Jack sat beside her, his breath was shaky, but stronger then it had the night before.

"I'm fine." She replied coldly. Her voice was much deeper than it was before, her pupils had dilated, and the orange around her eyes and the white on her chest, underbelly, and tail had faded to a pitch black.
