A few moments later the pups woke up, slightly disoriented.
"W-what happened..?" Samantha asked, rubbing her head with a paw before she freaked, seeing her paws glowing blue with power.

"Calm down!" The smokewolf said. "Its only the power."

"Hello, Ranu!" Oden walked out, smiling.

"I need to see uncle Odasa."

"Of course, dear." Oden poked his head back in the den, "Odasa! Ranu is here."

Odasa limped out, he had scars and a look of hidden sorrow on his face. "Yes?"

"I guess I'm just going to be a plain old wolf after all" She sighed.
