The smokewolf gave them a quick nod. "Kenai and Jaclyn, lead the way to this Kovi's den." The smokewolf said as 10 lions, tigers, and bears stood in the back and about 50 bats hovered overhead.

Jaclyn and her siblings stayed alongside him while the smokewolf and his army followed behind.
 
"I must warn you about their powers." Garron said to the others. "Ranu shouldn't be feared, she only morphs into an eagle. Kindo is nothing, he reads minds, but isn't exactly a warrior. Kotchi can grow to any size, and was always a great warrior. Dacu controls fire. And Dachu can move or destroy anything with her mind."
