Lakia: The Dark Era

(Ok. My good charries are gorillas.

) (Oh, and Odasa is evil too. XD)

Two gorillas ran through the woods, obviously being chased my a large number of enemies.

Sara and Aiden flew through the dark night sky above them, a strong tailwind pushing them through the air.

Many shadows raced through the woods after the gorillas.

One of the gorillas looked back, then sped up.

Sara growled under her breath when she spotted them "Look," She pointed.

Aiden sighed "And here I thought we could relax for the evening!"

Sara ignored him and circled around, losing altitude quickly.

The larger gorilla started to fight the shadows that attacked them.

Once they were lower, Sara slowed her descent to see what the attackers were and who it was.

The attackers were warriors in Odasa's army. The aging general was high in the sky above Sara and Aiden, undetectable, and watching everything.

"Not these rats again!" Sara spat, her form shimmering like water for a split second as she shifted into a smaller green version of the powerful green serpent she fought in before. She plunged towards the ground like a rock, claws extended.

Aiden narrowed his eyes as storm clouds built up, creating a raging storm in a few minutes. The rain bucketed down, making it difficult for the creatures on the ground to see.

The gorillas kept running.

Sara plunged her claws into the back of one of the creatures from Odasa's army and flung it through the air, causing it to crash into several others.

Above them, a wicked storm was brewing around Aiden.
