Santiago moved rather quickly through the thick forest, then slowed down when he realized she probably wouldn't be able to go as fast as him, being injured. "The entrance to Alicant is heavily guarded, but since your with me we should have any problems." He told her from ahead.

She hadn't thought about the guards and even though santiago asured everything would be fine, in her head she was afraid of being rejected.
“so how long have you lived in Alicant?” she asked trying to fill the silence.

"Since I was a pup, I was born and raised there. Now I serve as a messenger between the rebel leaders though, so I spend time in all the cities." He explained, glancing back at her. "But Alicant has always been my favorite, it is very beautiful and less war-like. Of all the rebel leaders, Aiden is the most peaceful. Alicant is like that."

“I'm so sick of war.” Safina grumbled. She took another stumble and cursed. “so who were those other foxes? Do they live here?”

"We all are," Santiago admitted with a sigh. "I am not a soldier, I don't know how they do what they do. The other two there was Kate and Jack, they are the head of the rebel organization, especially Kate. They oversee everything from the rebel cities to training of new soldiers to battle strategies and that kinda stuff. Everything about this place goes through her. They live in Rienne, thats like... the main rebel camp. Its not much of a city anymore."

Since I don't have a picture, I'll just describe her: Juniper is a tannish-brown with brownish-gold eyes. Her tail, based off of a Mountain Lion's, ends in a fan-like rudder. Her wing feathers (and any other feathers on her including her tail) are similar to a Great-Horned Owl's or Barred Owl's. Juniper is about the size of an average horse, her wings are similar to a hawk's and is a very agile flier. On her left ear she has a piercing with two blue feathers that dangle down.

"How are the defences holding up?" Sam asked a pretty snow leopard female standing beside him.

"Very well, the colder it is the stronger they are." She replied, seeming satisfied with the wall surrounding the city.

"Good, thank you Natalya." Sam nodded, dismissing her.

Natalya dipped her head to him and trotted off, her paws sending up puffs of light, fluffy snow.
