Jack narrowed his eyes and unsheathed his claws "Understand this, cat." He growled "If something happens to her, I will personally rip your innards out and feed them to the crows"

As she whipped her head around, something brushed up against her opposite shoulder, then flickered into the trees. It gave the impression that it was simply playing with her, and didn't necessarily mean to harm or kill her.

"I don't take kindly to being toyed with. Show yourself!" Juniper yelled.

But whatever it was seemed gone, leaving only a single creature behind. A large Jaguar male standing calmly in front of her, its cold yellow eyes narrowed in her direction. "State your name and purpose." He ordered.
