Lamb and calf liver ?

We love beef liver, I usually cook it (well, I ALWAYS cook it) by coating it with flour mixed with garlic powder and frying with onions in lard. I picked up some lamb liver and some calf liver on a whim at the farmers market and am now wondering if I should just cook it the same, or is there something else particularly yummy I can do with it?
 
That's what I'm thinking, but we've never had them before and I don't know if they taste the same or not
