lame chick please help

My 4 days old chick has a lame leg and at the joint its a bit red. She cant walk on it and I can't stand it been in pain. I don't want to put it down but I will if I cant fix her so please help.

do a search on spraddle leg. or splayed leg.

its not them its just on leg that she cant put down.
