My chicken is a year and a half. She limps badly, cannot stand on her sore leg, moves very hard . Can I help her without a veterinarian?

Isolate her and have her rest in a comfy space with food and water. Feel it, does she react when you touch it, does it look broken, any obvious injury?

She doesn’t have open wounds. Jumps out from hoop on one leg ( height 1.5 ft ) for food and water. Leg looks like straightened stick. When touched, she feels and jerks the leg.

How long has this been going on? Injuries are common, sprains or fractures. Sometimes there will be some swelling, redness, or green bruising. Do you have any pictures of the leg? I would try to get an xray, but you can treat it at home if there is a fracture. Upper leg fractures can be hard to heal, but lower leg and ankle breaks may be splinted. A sprain or a fracture can take weeks to heal. Separation in a wire dog crate with food and water, but kept near the other chickens is a good way to force rest. I would probably try to keep her from jumping up and down from the coop or a roost.

Thanks a lot. I did all, that you advised. The chicken was isolated, did not jump up or out from coop. She had a separate, fenced-off area for walking in the shade. The weather was very hot (80 - 90 F). After a few weeks she tried to be at far corner of her area, lead down, ate and drank little and died. Any way, your advice was very helpful.
