Lame ducks dying

Hi .I have a duck farm in Thailand and about six weeks ago they started going lame and dying does anyone have any idea why?

What does their feet and ankles look like? Any swelling? Or scabs?

'm feeding them a 50 /50 ordinary duck layer pellets and ricegap

Their feet look normal, but they just seem to lose the ability to stand very quickly first they limp and then they can't stand the next morning their dead.

What are you feeding them?

I'm feeding them on a 50/50 mix of duck laying pellets and rice gap.

Any chance they’ve been poisoned? What about botulism? Is there lots of standing stagnant water?
