Lame Hens

Hi... I was wondering what you soaked their feet with. I have the exact same situation. Thanks so much. I'm so worried about them.
I put them in a warm Epsom salt bath and let them sit for about 15-20 minutes. This I did daily for about about 3 days. For a week after I applied a thin layer of Neosporin at night on their feet and legs. it seemed to do the trick.

One more question please....did their poop smell bad? Her poop smells so nasty. I checked for an egg but didn't feel anything. I thought I felt one from the outside but when I put my finger in, I didn't feel anything. I'm also giving her water with Oregano oil to see if that helps. But, now her head is hanging low 😔

I have not noticed foul smelling feces. I'm still learning about chickens myself. It was by trial and error that I found something to help their legs. Post your question on a thread. I'm sure there are experts on here that can help.
