Lame leg in Hen

My 1 year old hen suddenly cannot use one leg. Upon inspection, I see a cut on her OPPOSITE foot (which I’m treating now). Her lame foot seems as though she can’t feel, or at least control it. The foot is limp. She is still eating, drinking, and laid an egg yesterday. Could this be an injury? How can I help her?

No lethargy or anything like that? Has she been vaccinated for mareks? Could you post a photo of her?

Is it possible she has bumble foot?

She is alert. I believe she was vaccinated.
