It is within the range of startup whoops that I have seen. Her body is learning how to do this and needs to work the kinks out. Some ducks have congenital problems and egg laying can be a long term challenge. It is too early to know, I think.
Hi all - just to let you know, Rebeccah seems fine today. I don't think she's laid. There was only one egg this morning and I'm guessing that was from Jemima. Although I think Rebeccah laid the 2 soft shell eggs yesterday so may not get one from her today. Will keep up with the calcium and fingers crossed she'll be ok. Hoping this difficulty with laying won't be ongoing! Thanks all xx
