Lamp with possible pink eye

We just got our lambs Sunday and one of them has an eye that looks a little runny. It also looks to be slightly more closed than the other. Should I treat it with something or let it play out and see what happens? If I treat it, what would be something that might help? NFZ puffer?

We actually have some left over vigamox that our children used when they had pink eye but wasn't sure if that would be wise.

Never had this problem.
I'd go ahead and call the Vet's office and see what type of eye wash they're recommend.
Off the top of my head, I'd say give it a spray of Vetericyn eye spray and see what the Vet says.

We use terramycin eye ointment on goats.
