I have two roosters in need of a GOOD home. I don't want them turning into dinner. The first is a buff Orpington and frizzle Cochin mix. He does have the fizzle feather. Also has the coloring of the buff. He would be great if you wanted to hatch some frizzle chicks. He has a good disposition. Tends to stick to himself.
The second is a smooth black Cochin. He's extremely calm and relaxed. Goes with the flow and is very well mannered. I can't see him every trying to hurt a human. He keeps his distance and goes about his business.
Both are the same age, around 4 months. I hatched them back in March. Both were from eggs laid by my own chickens. I incubated them indoors and hand raised them. They are used to people but do not enjoy being held. Their father is a black Cochin frizzle. He's extremely well mannered and smart. Both these boys have his personality.
