Well now we have both sides of the story. Thank you.
Day 21 has come and gone for my first setting of Langshan eggs. Not a pip or a peep. I still have 16 eggs in a second setting that I got from Pagetts Poultry. They have a picture of a pretty nice cockerel on their website that I would be happy to own. Hopefully I won't get skunked.

Not anything fancy (she's from Meyer Hatchery), but wanted to share this cutie -picked her up yesterday - I've been wanting another Langshan since mine was attacked a few years back. If this one is half as pretty I'll be happy. We don't breed or show, just a backyard flock.

So sorry, Dirt Farmer. I hope that you get some to hatch from the second group. My girls are laying eggs like crazy so I'm getting closer to setting up my breeding pens! I can hardly wait to have some chicks!
