Mikaela (rodriguezpoultry)who checks in on this thread had/has nice birds. Sherry Patterson in CA has nice ones. Joe Oakley in Ohio is supposed to have nice birds, don't know if he sells eggs but do know he has some adults available right now. Good lines are nice but don't forget to at least see photos of the breeders birds, it only takes one generation to mess up a line, we breed chickens not names.

Thanks for the information. Not ready to order any just yet, but I wanted to get some recomendations.

BGMatt. I do believe it is a blue Langshan chick from the two blacks. Feathers are coming in blue on the wing tips!

Went out and snapped a couple. They go where they will so catching a decent pic is challenging, lol. The ladies don't want to come up for air...its a bit windy outside so they are a little ruffled. As you can see they are all black/green sheen.
