I hear that, but believe me, even a lousey picture is better than none. Someone may be able to take one look and say "Oh....I know what that is!".

I've had this happen with molting hens. It does seem fluid filled, but usually, it's feathers that are ingrown in a ball; at least, that is what it was with my two. It does seem really weird, I know. I did nothing since there was no infection and nothing to pull out or lance, just let it be. If feathers came to the surface and I could get to them with tweezers, I'd ease them on out, but they usually popped out on their own and the lumps subsided.
