Large bump on chicks head

Is this normal to have a large lump on chicks head. I mean it looks almost like another head. It's odd. Not sure what to do here. It seems a little slow to get up. The other chicks are running around but this one is not. Is it a silkie thing? Maybe it will go away? What do you think?

Yes. It looks like a vaulted skull.
It's normal for crested breeds, you just need to be careful they don't get pecked on their head or that they don't bump it.
