LARGE BUMP ON MU EASTER EGGERS COMB!!! HELP!!!

As you may have seen before this thread, I posted on how I have a large marble sized bump on my Easter Egger, and ever since then, the size has only progressed. the large bump on her comb has become redder, larger and has a small new white growth on it. I have heard it could be a tumor or a cyst, but Im worried it could be potentially fatal to her. should I remove it somehow? should I take her to the vet? is it an infection??

NEED suggestions and help!!!

You have posted before and have been asked to post a picture. It would be easier to help you if we could see it. Try to get one in good light if possible. Is the cyst hard when you touch it or soft?

the cyst is hard all the way through.
