Large bump on top of head

I have a Jersey Giant pullet with a large bump on top of her head. My other two aren’t like this. I’ve included a picture of her and another one without the bump to show the difference. Please let me know what it is. I’m thinking issue with sinus infection. I don’t know what to do.

Does it look swollen hard to tell in the picture?

It looks like a leaking air sac (air under the skin from a bump.) If it feels like it is hard, it may be from something else such as an abscess, injury, tumor, etc. With a leaking air sac you would insert a sterile needle on disinfected skin and withdraw the air.
