large chest/fluid sac?

Hi everyone! My year old dark brahma hen has developed this loose wiggly pouch on her chest. She's acting just fine and my husband said she's just fat. Not true. It's too loose. Is this something called "sour crop"?

is it to the right of her chest? if so it is her crop(Stomach pouch). Check her first thing in the am, if it is smaller then there is not a problem. Any smells coming from her mouth, this would suggset sour crop and if fluid is dribbling out of her mouth when she tilts her head down
