I have spent days reading and learning. I have perused the coop build articles. In addition to considering the Woods Fresh-Air scaled to about 8x16 (if that is correct proportions), I am looking for options for large coops to house at least 30, maybe 40 standard size hens. I already have plans and materials for a large enclosed run that meets the 10 sq ft recommendation. I just need the actual coop. I am having a hard time finding coop plans, even for a fee, that will accommodate a large flock. Most of what I am finding is for maybe 8.

I have 23 chicks coming. I know we'll add a few more at some point. We have a good pile of wood set aside for a different project that we are going to pilfer and some stuff we can repurpose and reclaim.

My husband is crazy talented and can just build whatever he wants. However, he said since this is for me he is going to make me build it and supervise and instruct. He's asked me to find plans for what I want. He asked me to find something with materials lists if I could. He did say we could work from the Woods book when I showed him pictures of that though.

I would be so appreciative if anyone can direct me to plans with materials for larger coops.

I wanted that too. I would like to make a package of the materials lists and plans for several sizes and versions of PWoods' coops. Someday.

So far, I have only three - a conventional version, a metal stud version, and a timber frame version. They are all too small for you, though.

In the meantime, I can maybe help a little if you want to make your own.
I drew plans out in detail on graph paper, so I could count how many of each size of everything I would need. Then sorted them to see how many scraps I could use (10' stud cut in two for two of the studs in the back wall - or 8' stud cut 5' for one of the back wall studs with 3' scrap for the header over the door.) Nails and/or screws can be counted (or count part and multiply).

I didn't start from scratch - these were particularly helpful. Most have plans or pictures that make it easier to count the needed materials. Some might have links to others or partial materials lists. Searching authors (op and some of the responses) may help. Later, I'll try to add more of the ones I found.
