Large Coturnix area. Is Game Bird Netting enough?

I'm considering putting up a 10'X10'X6' pen for our Coturnix rather than keep them in cage type pens.
I would line the inside of the chain link with a netting material and have a good bit of Game Bird Netting left.
And of course it would have netting over the top....

Is Game Bird Netting enough for Coturnix adults or would they try and squeeze through this?

Sorry the pic is a bit blurry but I think you can tell that's a quarter.

should be small enough for adults and the chain link should keep the predators out

I agree looks good to me! One thing I have learned is they will burrow under fences

I need to burry some fence before I put some of my birds back out on the flight pen

Ahhh ya the chickens do that.... I've seen where they dig a hole deep enough to hold 3 or 4 in it... I can't for the life of me figure out what their doing with the dirt. I keep having to bring dirt in from outside their area....

GOOD to know, we are in the planning stages of building our Quail habitat....we HATE the cage idea.

I know the chickens somehow dig.....never get out.....BUT it is shocking!!!
