Did you manage to get your bso?
I recently had a struggle trying to find out how to match my brahmas and i found out that if i breed my Dark rooster with my orange splash hen(i think in US is called red pyle) i will get only BSO offsprings.

Do you have any pictures of both the male and female offspring?

brahma bso pic that im getting off my friend

Confused...was looking for answer to a question I posted and stumbled onto this thread. This doesnt look like a BSO to me (from what I understand a BSO looks like). I would guess this boy is a BBS or Blue Gold or some other blue variation. New to Brahmas so no clue, really. But I thought BSO roos were typically 'white'/blue/rust? My head is spinning too!
