See what happens when you go outside to build chicken tractor number 4? Missed those pretty eggs=/ Oh well, the Bator is getting a tad full. But one incubator just went on lockdown so it will be empty soon. I don't need leghorns , got a whole flock of them flying around outside. Should start laying next month, boy then I will have a fridge full! Deb

I know what Leghorns look like, I would just like to see pictures of his to judge the quality before I take any. I have been unable to find any pictures of his birds yet.

Krystal, I will get the eggs mailed, if it does ever stop raining enough for the water to receded and the roads to reappear. If not, I guess I can put them in a bottle and try to float them to you! Oh and I hope you have room, cause you're getting extras.

And as for the miller pic controversy, none have been forthcoming.

BUT I will say this, I traded for some "Orp mix" eggs. Although it took a bit to get them, I received 10 eggs. 9 went into lock down showing good development.

Now, I have no idea what they are gonna look like or if they are orps or not, but the fertility is good.

Pictures would be nice, though.

No need to be snarky. Read the rules of the thread "please post a picture IF you have one". I am sorry that my computer got fried, and I have to work off of my phone. I've emailed you twice with pictures, and I'm not sure why you never got the emails.

My Leghorns are not show quality, but they are pure. I have them solely for their wonderful egg laying abilities. If you are looking for SQ Leghorns, pass on mine. Otherwise someone can claim them and be very happy with their eggs and eventual chicks.

I have been trying to figure out the photo posting thing myself. First I had to find out how to take pics with this phone. Then the chickens refuse to stand still long enough to get a shot . Then we have had torrential rain and flooding. My polish look like some lady who has just washed her hair! Maybe if I can get the silkies when they are half asleep in the barn, that would work. If I ever get any decent shots, I am going to try to put them on my byc page. Be patient, not all of us are computer geeks .;-)
