Large mass on hens neck. Help!

A little Update! I'm happy to say that with antibiotics and wound spray, my girl has rejoined her sisters and is back to her normal self! She looks MUCH better...just a little more healing to go but healed enough that the other girls are not pecking at it. Almost all swelling has gone away and she's just left with a little bad skin that is getting smaller and smaller every day. Thanks so much for the advise and re-assurance!
