Oh my goodness, I hope someone can help! I have a 2-3 year old Muscovy female that looks like there is a softball under her skin! She has been like this for almost a week, but continues to eat, drink, poop and lay eggs normally. The area doesn't seem to bother her other than it's almost dragging. It feels like jelly when squeezed and she doesn't mind it touched. Her personality has not changed at all. I separated her 4 days ago and started antibiotics in her water thinking it was cloacitis. I was told that she could potentially have a yeast infection so I started using monistat as well. The only irritation I've noticed is from her poop laying on the swollen area so I started using bluecote just to protect her skin from burns. I'm at a loss as to what else to do? If this is water belly would she show other symptoms? Looking for any direction!
