Lash Egg

My 1 1/2 year old hen laid a lash egg yesterday. I was told by some fellow chicken owners and lots of googling to give her antibiotics. I got her Bio-Mycin 200. I can't find a dosage for it for her. Can anyone help me out? It's for injection.

Biomycin is injectable oxytetracycline. It is a cattle medicine. Here is a thread with some information that might be of help:
