Is there anything I can do to help her? Ive given her a bit of water through a dropper.
Every once in while, she looks like she's choking but then chirps.
Any advice greatly appreciated. I've read humidifier/ no humidifier, so I'm confused.

HELP! PLEASE!

I dealt with this just the other day. My last chick hatched the day after the rest and at first it was fine, but two days after it hatched (the day after I put it in the brooder) it became lethargic and had labored breathing. I put it up to my ear and could hear crackles so I knew it had fluid in its lungs. I tried giving it water, but didn't want it to aspirate the water and make its lungs worse. At the end of the day, I asked my husband to put it out of its misery.

My thinking was that in a chick that small, any setback is devastating for it. When it stops eating and drinking because it's weak and sleepy, its body quickly loses ground and likely won't ever catch up again. Its systems and organs quickly begin shutting down. The kindest thing you can do (when you're sure it's really not going to perk up--I gave mine about 12 hours, which in retrospect was probably too long) is to put it out of its misery. Sorry for the difficult and sad news. =(
