Last minute Christmas shopping - aargh what have I done

So I am normally an excellent Christmas shopper, I am always so on top of it all, always have it all done by October, November at the latest, wrapped, done, ready to go.

Not this year, I have left it till literally the last minute and have just now ordered some things online that have a huge huge chance of not getting here in time. How did I do this, I am normally so organised!!!

It should get sent tomorrow, maybe, and then there is only 3 delivery days after that, unless Australia Post decides to deliver over the weekend, which you can guarantee they won’t.

My mother used to take they easy way out - generic gift cards for everyone, so she didn’t actually have to think of a gift , “you are all to hard to buy for” was her excuse.

I find many prefer to have cash - well a least until they see what a small amount they are getting.

I'm seriously considering just baking homemade bread for these two...it should work..... why not? I know at least one of them would be thrilled with it, and frankly, I don't care too much about the other person (mom's husband).

Sounds great, home made is awesome, from the heart....except for the mothers husband
