9 weeks old in the first pic.. Definately the dominant bird in the group. Sorry she tends to be eating every time I bring out the camera and is hard to photograph.

Wow, beautiful EE. It's easier to judge the gender by viewing the comb. My oldest EE pullet is by far top hen, and will bully too. I've brought in the wire dog kennel and put her in the coop jail. Naughty, naughty!!! I don't allow bullying or biting. The jail time worked, she was served 7 days.
 
Actually, her head and body shape doesn't look very EE. It's hard to tell without photos of her head. Is she a bantam or regular size? If bantam, I'd suspect she could actually be an OEG.
