I didn’t know where to post this but it’s in a incubator so I’m posting it here. I had a chick hatch on the 25th day. It’s mostly dry and it’s stuck on its back! It can’t get off it’s back. Also there’s a red stub sticking out from its bellybutton. What do I need to do?!?!

Ok, take it out of the incubator if you haven't already and put it in your brooder.
You may want to box it in with toilet paper tubes, just anything that won't let it flip.
Give it a little time to stretch and poop right side up.
Can't really tell if there's something wrong until it has had a chance to get its bearings outside the incubator.
Yes it keeps flipping over. I don’t think it’s bleeding

The red stub is probably its belly button. This chick probably only just finished absorbing its yolk sac. If I am correct, this will shrink on its own and be ok. As the above poster said though, give it a little time to "wake up" if you will, and maybe post a photo of the belly button?

umm i put it with the other chicks and they pecked at its bellybutton and now its bleeding

i did clean the incubator. when i tried to make it stand one foot was lacking while the other had strength. it doesn't have balance
