Late developers

And I know that chicks are tired after a day after hatch but mine seems too tired every time he's in the brooder he falls right to sleep and isn't eating

It has to eat and drink or it will die ! I have crushed up there crumbles and put them in their mouth. They will swollow them. I do it 2 or 3 times and then dip the beak in water. After 3 or 4 times of this they seen to perk up pretty fast and start moving around and eating on their own .

Hey it's me again I'm hatching my second batch and it's happening again. Except with five, it's day 20 and I noticed no activity. So I candled them and right now the're at the day 16 stage. Should I keep turning or keep them in lockdown?
