I keep having late hatches what am I doing wrong? I have and LG still air I have geat hatch rates but they are always about two days late. Temp holds at 100 the entire time had no temp flexs and its morning of day 22 not even a pip, one rocked into the themomiter and cracked its self but thats all i got.

From what I understand with still airs, they need to be a little higher temp than bators with fans. Id also check your thermometer, its likely a degree low. Get another one and compare them.

halo is correct, if you are useing the thermometer that came with the unit it is more than a degree off. Get a new one. It is much better to have a late hatch than no hatch, which is what would happen if the temperture was to high. If you are getting good hatch rates, don't knock it. Sometimes we don't count right.

I have the walmart hygrometer/themometer in there I have had from 80 to 100% hatch rates of fertile eggs in the past with the LG but always late.

Ditto with the still air types. I have found that to be true.
