I put it in its own container and now it won’t even stand up, eyes closed, breathing heavily.

They’ve been free ranging in my back yard, but there’s nothing obvious that it could’ve gotten into. Only things I could think of are a bunch of tall weeds... but it didn’t necessarily seem to look like an impacted crop. It could’ve eaten something plastic but it would be rare. I of course want to help it if I can. It really looks like it’s on death’s door though! I also want to ask what I should do to protect the rest of its flock mates if it was some sickness.



I’ve had them at my house for a month & a half so I believe it’s a new incident. The chook hasn’t seemed sickly prior to this!
