Lav Orph Pullet or Roo??

I keep going back and forth on this one. Do we have a pullet or Roo??
I think about 4 months old. What are your thoughts??

I see zero male feathering, but the feathers are ruffled and have the shredded look. It's difficult to tell.
Face does say cockerel to me.

I am going with pullet. Self blue (lavender) birds often have shredded feathers, genetic defect that breeders are working on.

Everything that I have been reading says this also. I am really hoping pullet. The "wing" feathers as my son says are all round.

These are more feathes and a better face pic. To me this says pullet?? But I am no expert by any means.
