Been watching and reading this thread since I got 3 eggs from neighbor with Lavender Ameraucana flock. All 2 blue and white eggs hatched and 2 are at 8+ weeks old.. Since not very familiar to breed I've been trying to learn about them. So the black one has doubled in size to the lavender one, thinking it might be Cockerel any input?

It's possible it could be a roo but better/newer pictures would help. We need pictures of comb, stance, etc

I've come to conclusion that black one is a roo although still unsure about the lavender one.. but I'll get new pics posted
