There is no "I" in Ameraucana
The preditors all have an SOP available to know which ones taste the best.

My lavenders were a mixture of your line, Blehm and my blacks. I held back two splits from Crystal Creek two years ago.

Nice, I don't know what lines are behind bargin's birds, but those are decent birds. Hard to judge the finer details from these photos. I see you are in Michigan. One of the foremost Ameraucana breeder, John Blehm, is in MI. You might consider seeing if he has any started stock he would part with, and attending a poultry show there to sharpen your own eye.
Hi, I missed out on the Ameraucanas that were being sold at my local market through their breeder, and they aren't getting anymore for the rest of the year. Are there any breeders in Texas or who ship to Texas (it's HOT right now, so I would prefer to pick them up)? I can't for the life of me figure out how to find breeders on this forum. I have wanted ameraucanas and araucanas for years, but we only have australorps. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
Google ameraucana breeders club, go to the site and you will find a list of breeders. Paul Smith is in Texas, really nice birds. However Texas is huge!Hi, I missed out on the Ameraucanas that were being sold at my local market through their breeder, and they aren't getting anymore for the rest of the year.
