should they be lighter? still a pretty color I think. would love to use this a guy in a olive egger projectThe color needs some work. The tail feather appears to have a bird with the "K" factor so you need to breed him to your blacks first. The ABC goes into detail on breeding lavender and would be best to read some of the thread. Check out the last show Sedilla(?spelling may be off) and look at the tail on the bantam Lavender that is the tail without the "K" factor. Good luck and have some fun.
The standard should be the same as Self Blue(Lavender) Old English Game Bantam color which states EVEN color. This was all discussed on ABC forum but not here, really need to read that forum. There are many shades of Lavender so just do the one you prefer yourself since they are not an accepted color yet.should they be lighter? still a pretty color I think. would love to use this a guy in a olive egger project
Look at the tail feather sickles. Compare the bantam(no distortion) and then look at (yours and the LF Lavender also pictured. K factor) Hope that helps now back to work.

Well on here unfortunately I see: HeHeHe, HaHaHa, LOL and so much off topic that it is generally not a poultry discussion thread but more a social excursion. IMO
