I got him locally, but I think the hatchery does business through Ideal.

I thought he was a blue until someone yesterday told me he was a lavender. He's my only one... I need to find a lavender hen for him!!

All my lavender silkies are from Ideal too. Do you have any pictures of his foot feathering? Mine really dont have the greatest, but I'm going to try to cross them to some good blacks next spring.

Actually, his leg feathering isn't all that hot... not bad, but not the best, either...
