One by one, had 11 ( a few were DOA) the rest seem to be doing okay then one by one it starts. It stands under the lamp, eyes mostly shut, breathes quietly and in a couple hours it's dead. Sometimes they have pasty butt which I clean, sometimes not. I'm using vitamin water, I've tried syringe feeding. There are no signs of other diseases.
I'm going to try terramycin now.
This is so frustrating. All the pearls are doing well, in fact I seemed to have fixed one whose legs weren't working. I've lost one purple to the same symptoms.
It took them 2 days to get here via air mail, they arrived yesterday morning.
I've lost 6 total lavender and 1 purple.
*sigh*
