Lavender Orpington Hen or Cockerel?

Any ideas on this 10-11 week old lavender Orpington? Development seems slow as pin feathers on back are still not fully grown yet. Worried with the red coming to comb and development of waddles already. Very skinny legs though.

Thanks! are you pretty certain of it or just based on the progression you are seeing now? I am really hoping for a pullet as I can't have roosters where I live.
 
I would say cockerel because of the size and redness of the comb and wattles, like you mentioned


You were both very correct. This weekend he started crowing and has gone back to the breeder in accordance with her cockerel policy. Now I get to enjoy integrating a new (very agressive) hen to my very small flock of 2 (now 3 again).
