Lavender orpington hen

Just found one of my lav orps. After checking her I found some manure on some of her feathers. Then noticed an area that was swollen and red near the vent. I am going to start her on anti biotics in the morning. Is there anything else I can do to save her? I really don't want to lose her.

How is she now? I don't have any advice, but maybe this "bump up" will get someone who can help. I think there is an emergencies section if you still need advice.

Found her dead yesterday morning.
