Thats cute! Have a Buff Orpington hen who I adopted form a friend, and I named her, and I basically go back in forth between calling her Lavender, or Lav, or Lilac, Ly!

She’s gorgeous! I’m envious Avery! I will take her off your hands anytime. I wish my Black: Lavender Orpingtons had just a little more of their lavender genes to show than just the lovely green sheen in their feathers when the sun hits them! Lol!

They're absolutely breathtaking! I have been trying to find a few LO layers. May I ask, where did you find yours? Or, do you know a very good source for them?

Yes, they were very beautiful and calm English Orpingtons. I got the eggs from a private breeder out of state (I live in Florida). I will try to find her name. It's been a while.
