Since Polish are sometimes called Paduan, how about Padingtons?

I LOVE the look, btw. The nostrils are fabulous. The wee crest is very sophisticated. They look like they'd like diamonds and pearls.

ZsaZsa, Magda and Eva, perhaps?

Here are some pics of our 9 week old chicks. I got them from Kathy for my wife, in the hopes that she would get more involved with chickens. She kept telling me that they were not meant to be pets. They are NOT PETS!! Well, yesterday (After 7 weeks or so) I have to admit that she is right. These are not my pets. They are, in HER words "Momma's Babies." She checks on them all of the time and talks to them in her baby talk voice. While on vacation last week, she showed pics of them to our grand daughters and let them name the chicks.
Resistance was futile. She has been assimilated.

Here you can see one of the girls has a darker coloring than the rest. Any idea why?

holly cow already, we just moved are baby lav orps out to the big world/coops.. man they are just fat lil things.. gonna be some nice birds from this group when they grow up....many many many pic's to follow in the weeks ahead... if you like Lav Orps these are gonna be sweetttttttt.....
